Tracking number don’t work

This is the third time I have ordered on-line and yet again EE tracking number doesn’t work. 
no information given for DPD tracking either

My order this time is a 15 pro max. Ordered last Saturday and had no updates other than my xko order to confirm that I’ve ordered

It’s the xko number that never works and I never get updates to my mobile number either

Pre-orders for the iPhone 15 are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives from our supplier.

You'll receive a notification from DPD as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.

Where does it say first come, first served? The issue is people have ordered and been told 'delivered on launch day' which is today (22nd) but no clarification. 

I don’t mind that it’s not here it p’s me off that every time I order thought the online it gives you a order number that won’t give you any information and they say DPD will be in touch. I am registered with DPD and never get any notifications when it comes to EE. Just a card though the door to which I have to pay a redelivery or travel 30 mile each way to pick up the item.
