Hey I placed an order for iPhone 16 plus12/4/25 but heard nothing and tracking as no despatch details

I know you'll be keen to get an update on your delivery.

Have you been able to check your Junk/Spam folder for any emails from EE? Was this an upgrade or a new contract order?

Nothing in junk just original email confirming order and upgrade n and
order number. When I track that on line says no despatch date ???

Depending on which memory size iPhone 16 Plus you ordered the expected delivery times on the EE Shop are showing as below;

The 128GB and 512GB are showing 'Usually despatched within 14 days' and the 256GB is showing 'Usually despatched within 7 days'

Once the device has been dispatched DPD will be in touch with tracking information 🙂
