Tracking information is saying timed out on EE app
No other information received from either EE or DPD other than confirmation email of order
EE chat was no use in helping me and the wait for a call back 2.5 hours
Tried calling EE but got cut off after going through all the automated options
Anyone resolved issues like this?

Despite having XKO number and a pending bank balance, to receive this error this morning,
the chat says my order isn’t showing at all, so.. probably the same her end. So this is an issue EE end, I could get the same deal on Vodafone, or buy directly from Apple.
considering I’ve been a customer for 10+ years, I’m thinking it’s about time to change

Just been told they can’t find my order so to call the digital sales team on 0800 079 0531.
I have refutable proof that it’s literally confirmed to now be told it doesn’t exist.. madness

There we go, “Online glitch” “order wasn’t processed”. “Not EE’s fault”.
yeah… not processed that’s why you get an XKO, pending bank payment and tracking until today..
definitely an online glitch.. Jesus Christ man.
