Placed order over the phone on 19th September. It's now the 27th September and there is no sign of the new SIM card through the post. The link on the email to 'track your order' takes me to a page that says 'sorry, you can't track this order type just yet'.
Is there an issue currently with sending SIM cards out? How can I get the SIM either tracked or a replacement sent?
I have the order number in the confirmation email but won't post here unless it's sensitive in some way.

@GoldieLocks89 : SIMs are sent by 2nd class Royal Mail. So there is no tracking.

Is there any way of getting a replacement sent without waiting on hold for 45 mins on the phone? If I reply to the order confirmation email does it go to a person/is that address manned?
