Switching from PlusNet / PAC code

Just placed an order today to switch from PlusNet to EE. Part of the form requested my PAC code to keep my old number which I completed.  Order said delivery of SIM and switching my old number would take 2-3 days.

My confirmation email says that the switch will happen within 24 hours. That will be before my SIM arrives. Am I going to lose my services on my phone now until I get my new SIM?

Hi @Nigel6768. 

I believe the 24 hours for your number transfer will be from when you activate your EE SIM.
