I ordered a switch 2 mario kart bundle in April and received no email but thankfully screenshot the confirmation with is EE- and then 8 numbers. Rang up customer service a week later and they confirmed that it has been ordered fine. Rang today as still nothing and they are unable to find my order as the order number is too short! I was told to wait until tomorrow to see if it comes but obviously not very happy as the money through PayPal has come out the bank!
