I placed an order and got a email saying your order was successful does that mean I got it

@Rubygrace7  Actually no it just means your order was placed.  You could still receive an email declining the order usually within 12 hours.  If you don’t receive anything then yes. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
