Stuck on Awaiting Conformation iPhone 17 Pro Max pre order

I pre-ordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max Silver 256GB at 1pm on the first day of preorders. So far, all I have received is an email stating 'awaiting confirmation.' I'm a new EE customer, and this is my first pre-order, so I haven't gone through this process before. Is there a number I can call to check when to expect delivery or get a DPD tracking number?

Welcome to the community.

We are still in the pre-order stage for this device at the moment. Once stock is allocated to your order, DPD will be in touch with a delivery date and time, and this is the point where they will issue a tracking number. If you haven't already, I'd suggest downloading the DPD app so you can track the order right to your door. 

All orders are sent on a first come, first served basis, and you will be kept updated with any movement on your new device.

Hello

i preordered the iphone 17 pro max the day after release and got a confirmation email but not heard anything else have paid upfront a small amoumt when i i go to track my order shows a message saying  has timed out and that no order has been made u phoned but the options wasnt what i needed so domt know what to do thank you

If the online order tracker is showing no order has been made, please try calling us again. If you have an EE phone you can call us on 150 and select upgrades. If you're a new customer, you can call 0800 956 6000 and select new/joining EE and the team will help you get the order looked into and give you an update 🙂
