I am stuck in and endless loop of getting nowhere with my order issue. I cannot access options on the telephone hotline as I don't have the handset yet and this don't have a SIM/number to provide, and no one who I can get through to can help and just send me an email link to the support general page on the main site. My 10 digit sales order number is not accepted on the support links either.
I just want my handset to be re-delivered to my local branch, the door entry system to my apartment block is faulty and I will never be able to buzz anyone in, I've already missed the initial delivery attempt. Please help!

What is the latest update when tracking your phone via DPD?
Our customer care team will not be able to change any delivery preferences on your behalf once your parcel is with the courier.

Hi Katie, DPD status is stuck on 'at local depot' after the missed delivery on Friday. I appreciate you're saying you cannot change the delivery criteria, but DPD is working on your behalf and a contract exists between you both, not between me & DPD. Of the phone can't be re-delivered to my local branch then there is nothing I can feasibility do to receive the handset. Of note, I also can't receive any DPD txt updates etc, as I am currently phone-less!

Actually, tbf, I have finally figured out the parcel force support system and I think I may be able to redeliver to a post office branch. Think can wrap this one up. Thx
