Stuck at checkout

Hi

 

Been trying for two days to add a ps5 to my monthly plan. Details all correct. Enter a security pin and tick terms and conditions box. Click next and it wont move past that stage. Just spins as if it's trying to process. Tried on more than one device and network and just the same.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm having the exact same issue, phoned up and said there is nothing they can do, could I have a hand?

Hi James,

I can add it to my basket but once I have filled out my details on the checkout page and press next it doesn't go any further. I've tried clearing my cache, using incognito browser, different devices and I get the same result. I have called up as well and they said I was eligible for one.

I think many have had the same issue just can't seem to find an answer.

I've tried 3 different browsers now, still having the same issue.

When I changed the delivery from store to home, it let me order, not sure why you can't to store but seems to be sorted.

The same problem is happening to me. It’s a year on from this post and the EE app is awful. It is slow and glitchy. You’d think such a big company that specialises in communications would have this figured out!
