Hi
Been trying for two days to add a ps5 to my monthly plan. Details all correct. Enter a security pin and tick terms and conditions box. Click next and it wont move past that stage. Just spins as if it's trying to process. Tried on more than one device and network and just the same.
Any help would be appreciated.

Are you an existing customer or new to EE?

Yeah I'm existing customer and yeah tried all that and tried on my phone and laptop it all does the same thing just has a loading circle

Done that they said I should be able to order it but I have to order online
It looks like alot of people have always had the same problem

Amazing I’m having this same problem now shocking how many people this happens too was on the phone for 45 mins earlier to be told it’s an online offer and nothing they can do shocking customer service

Have you tried ordering on a different device or browser? If the Technical Support team aren't able to help you order online, they should be able to raise a ticket against your account for it to be investigated further.
