I placed an order yesterday morning around 10:30am, i was told the order went through. I paid the deposit which went through fine. But i havent received a confirmation email. It was for a PS5 Pro Gaming Bundle. I would just like to make sure this is normal as its abit worrying that there has been no correspondance. I did give customer service a ring around 6pm and was told i wont receive a confirmation email until after delivery which is abit strange. Someone help please

It is great to hear that you have ordered a PS5 Pro.
Did you purchase it outright or was it on an Add to Plan package where you pay monthly on your bill?

I'm not sure why they said you'd only get the confirmation after the delivery, it would normally be straight away.
Have you had a check in your junk or spam folders in case it has dropped in there?
