I'm still waiting for my.order that should of been delivered on Saturday 29th November, tracking is saying it's now being held at the Birmingham depot for unknown reason. Last tracking of the driver was Saturday around 4pm and it was 10mins from my house, still not got it. Hesitate to start paying the contract until I've received it

As your delivery shows as held with courier, there may be a problem with the delivery.
Please give Customer Service a call on 150 from your EE line and a guide in the Supply team will investigate what has happened with your delivery so we can get the device to your as soon as possible.
