I have called 4 times they just keep saying it’s waiting to b picked at DPD warehouse

I’m in the same position. What’s annoying is that this exact model is in stock on the apple website. Don’t understand why EE is having issues with stock on this particular model. 

I know tbh ee haven’t been very helpful they say it’s DPD I need to contact but DPD say without a tracking number they can’t help I only gave my ee order number very frustrating

I finally have an update ironically and DPD text me this morning so guess it’s random
