16 Pro Max 256 Black Titanium 13 Days Still Processing

I placed an order for a 16 Pro Max 256gb in Black Titanium 13 days ago - when the item showed as “in stock” on the website. 13 days later, and the order is still “processing”. My card has already been charged so I’d like to know when I’ll actually get the device.

As far as I know, there are a lot of orders so I also got it after 15 days, I also ordered an iPhone 16 PM but it took almost 2 weeks to deliver.
