Hi, so yesterday I had a new full works plan in my basket but was unable to checkout then the site went down for maintenance, come this morning the plan had been removed from my basket and now I can't get any full works plan with 3 smart benefits only 1. Is this likely to change back any time soon as it puts me off upgrading my plan. Thank you 🙂

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi Chris, was this the full works 24 month plan? On my end it's only giving me the option for 1 inclusive benefit now not 3 which was the usual. Just spoke to a representative on the phone and she told me the change happened this morning so they're now only offering 1 with the full works plan

@Liam209  Sorry I had to have a read of the details I only read the name “unlimited full works”.   As I thought it was that you couldn’t find.  

 If this is now what’s being offered that it at present.  The 3 benefits are gone for now and might not come back.    
 

EE have updated their tariffs and it looks  like you missed out on this now.  Sorry.
