Sim card hasn't arrived

Hello. I'm new to EE, bought 24 months sim plan last saturday, it says on the website that sim  should arrive in 1-2 days and upto 5 working days.

If you paid anything upfront for this SIM, it's worth checking to see if the payment has gone through, or has been left in pending. 

Also if you received an order reference number starting with XK, it's worth having a check of our order tracker, too.

I have tracking number but you can't track esim orders. I don't know whats wrong
