I’ve placed a order for a new Samsung tv & straight away got a email saying my order is on its way but that was 2 days ago I haven’t heard anything back so I wanted to know does anyone have any experience with delivery or even if my order has been approved

I ordered the DU8000 and was told when I chased that the order didn't go through, despite me having an email confirming it, and they tried to charge me £180 more!!!!!!!!! I'm waiting to hear about a complaint I've just lodged.
