I ordered a mobile broadband package on Tuesday but there was a mix up with the order and I received the wrong hardware and sim contract. I have submitted 2 return forms but as yet I haven't received an acknowledgement of either submission from EE. I phoned customer service this morning and explained the situation at length and was transferred but the call was cut off during transfer. This is becoming a very stressful situation as I feel EE are deliberately dragging their heels on the return to force me into keeping the contract. Could someone please advise further. Thanks.

I understand this is stressful for you, once you submit the return form letting us know you want to return the device this is you letting us know in the 14 days.
