Hi alldo anyone know if we sending out preorders early like samsung.com are. They sending out preorders 5 days early on 21st September

i Didnt know EE would send a message on Facebook confirming anything.

Have you still checked your DPD app to see if you have received any notifications at all. Has anyone else received anything.

No they wouldn't automatically do it on Facebook but you can message them on Facebook and ask for an update on your order number. That's the reply I got.

I haven't received anything on dpd though. You would think if dpd did have it they would send a notification to you.

Just spoke to EE and they have said notifications will likely go out today and tomorrow for those that are shipping tomorrow. EE dont plan to hand over the phones to DPD until tomorrow for delivery Friday.

Fingers crossed they come early, but looking unlikely now.

Well I've just checked the order tracking again and dispatch is not planned in the next 24 hours. Next week it is, then.

I didnt know that.

I would of thought if that was the case you would of got a notification from DPD and if you check the status of your order from EE, that would also change .

what makes you think it will be next week.

I thought the launch date was this Friday for everyone who as pre ordered it.

Yeah it's definitely Friday we are getting it.......or it should be. If not Friday then Saturday surely. Ee have said multiple times there should be no delays it will be delivered on launch day. I've tried using my order number on dpd app and still nothing coming up.

My notorious bad luck with deliveries makes me think it'll be next week. I've lost count of how many times stuff for me has been delivered to a different address altogether or has been inexplicably delayed.

I'd love to be wrong, by the way!

Tell me about it..........I live on a high St and there's 11 of the numbers I live at I'm flat 1 but still have deliveries sent to the wrong address haha. I have a fish tank that has live plants in it and I ordered some plants that got delivered to the couple next door but they were on holiday and by the time they came back and delivered it to me the plants were mush. Very annoying. Hope everything goes smoothly for you on Friday.
