Hi alldo anyone know if we sending out preorders early like samsung.com are. They sending out preorders 5 days early on 21st September

If it's the same old floppy case then I'm definitely not bothering.

As for the year of Disney+, I never managed to get that benefit with my S22 Ultra. All their system did was keep you going in circles to a login page. You couldn't actually claim the subscription. There was quite a flurry of postings about it on Samsung's forum so I'm not the only one for whom it simply didn't work.

I did manage to claim two pairs of Buds Pro (one with the S22 Ultra and one with the Tab S8 Ultra). Sadly they sent my ears into allergic meltdown so I couldn't use them, my ear canals were weeping and discharging for 2 weeks. I sold the pair that I hadn't had in my ears and threw the other one away.

You can claim on new device itself only, i was trying to claim that on my mobile as soon as i did on my tablet went straight away to disney and worked like charm

Does anyone know if we are getting 1 year samsung care+ as well even if we are buying from ee as i have gotten full insurance from ee as well

just got off the phone from samsung and they have confirmed it is the same floppy case , which we got for the fold 3. very disappointing.

So anyone expecting a better case like i was told, sorry that is not the case.

Make sure you invest in case since this is a very expensive phone.

Guess i need to order my case again.

I am also using the free disney plus and i did also get a free pair of galaxy buds.

We are suppose to get samsung care+ for 1 year from samsung. (does anyone know any different)

@Shahzada Yup, It didn't work using the new device either. I did try with the S22 Ultra and the Tab S8 Ultra. No dice, and I'm not alone in that situation. Samsung messed something up. If they've fixed it now, that's great.

just been told by a different member of samsung staff that we should get the standing cover and s pen for fold 4, which is not the floppy case like the fold 3.  (guess time will since we wont find out until we get the case ourselves)

By all means check with samsung yourselves.
