- I ordered a Samsung tv on the EE website via Google. I didn't manage to get my tracking number after I added it onto my monthly bill. Also I have no access to the email the confirmation would of been sent to I have now changed my email over. I'm just wondering how long will it take to be confirmed and added onto my account because as of now I've spoken to someone via the chat on the ee app and they said they can't see it on my account.

I would suggest calling EE and asking them. You can also change your email address when you speak to them.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

If you log into your EE account does the Samsung TV show as an add to plan purchase?

It was a 0 upfront cost and £24 a month for 11 months I've had a email with the order number but it's not showing up on my actual EE account

It was in stock yesterday when I placed the order. I suffer with mental health problems which affect my ability to talk to people over the phone so it's not really a option for me unfortunately.

As the order was placed yesterday, this can take to process and be dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched DPD will be in touch with tracking details and the TV will be added to your EE account.
If you have had no dispatch details in the next day, please chat to us again in the EE app Help section for an update 🙂
