Refund

On the 5th of August I was made aware that I’d be getting refund for a phone I had returned but it was never taken off my account and was informed that within 14 working days a check would arrive by post. However it’s now been over 25 working days and yet I am still waiting to receive this. Has anyone else ever had an issue like this? Many thanks
