I cancelled my upgrade I’ve not received my refund

@Sazzy12  Refunds take  around 7-10 days, it’s not instant as it has a process to go through first.  Basically it needs to be approved first. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @Sazzy12 As @Chris_B  mentioned, the refund can take 7-10 days. However, this can be affected by national holidays or other delays. 

If you've still not received your refund after 10 days, I'd recommend giving us a call so we can get it looked into for you.
