Hello 

 I ordered the apple iPad Air M3  13inch.

the gentleman online said it would be delivered today 24/04/25 but I haven’t even had an email to confirm it has been dispatched. When I check my order it says awaiting confirmation of delivery date.

Can I ask why?

Welcome to the community,

We would have no idea, your best bet would be to ring customer service.

I would also suggest downloading DPD app if you have not already done so.

You will receive notification up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

Your order says awaiting confirmation of delivery date, so looks like that is what you have to do.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Is there anyway you can check stock levels? Just so I know if it in stock or not and if I’m going to be waiting up to 28 days.

I ordered the iPad Air M3 (2025) 512GB.

It looks like the estimated dispatch time is more than 28 days for that version @Ellen97 

There are other memory options that are available at the moment, would you consider changing your order?

It's showing that there's a few purple iPad Air M3 512gb options in stock @Ellen97  Would you consider that colour?
