Samsung Galaxy S24 Pre Order bonus

The bonus on the EE website is still live for pre order however on the Samsung website it says only until the 25th of January, I placed an order yesterday (26th of January) under the assumption that the bonus was still live ( as it says so on the website) now I will be unable to claim my bonus and Want to know what can be done about this?

Hi @Ecro980 

You're not buying the handset on pre order if you are buying after release on the 26th becase the handset was released on the 24th. You won't get the watch but if you read the small T&C you will see you can still claim the other offers:
