I made an online request for a 12-month contract, transferring my old cell phone chip to EE. However, 12 days have passed and I still haven't received my card, and I need it urgently.
At this point I want to cancel my order, but I'm afraid of being charged for the service I previously contracted. I would like to know if I can trust that I will not be charged for this service if I do not activate the EE SIM card.

Is your number still working with your current provider?
