S25 pre order upgrade

Hi order new s25 ultra  on Tuesday have the order confirmation but nothing about device being dispatched is anyone else having this issue.

@Amiee88  Depends on what model spec you ordered and what EE have on the shelf.    There’s 12 model specs.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
