I place a pre order for the S24 ultra 1tb on the 18th Jan and asked for it to be delivered to my local ee store. I've been waiting for a text or email letting me know the phone has been delivered. About 30 mins ago I received a text saying the hardware has been received at the warehouse and my upgrade has been cancelled. I've rang 150 but they can't help because the systems are down and have been since 9am this morning. They mentioned I might have to reorder this a joke as I won't qualify for the pre order bonus of a free watch. Absolutely fuming right now as I had the same issue when I reordered the pixel 8 pro last year.
