S24 Ultra 1TB Despatch And Price Query

Hi all

I have pre ordered a S24 Ultra 1TB . 1st question does anyone know when these will roughly be despatched? 2nd Question when selecting the 1TB storage it states that the price is £1497.05 on EE but when on Samsung direct the 1TB is reduced from £1549.00 to £1349.00

Which colour did you choose? I'll check the stock guidance for you. I don't understand your second question. One price is through EE and the other is through Samsung directly.

The current guidance for new orders of that model is to 'expect dispatch in more than 28 days'. They'll be sent out on the order in which they were placed, clearing the oldest orders first. DPD will be in touch when it's ready to be dispatched.

The guidance for that phone at the moment is to 'expect dispatch within 7 days'.

I have just received my pre-ordered S24 Ultra.

However I appear to have only received the phone. I understand the pre-orders were being shipped with a 'complementary ' Samsung watch 6'.

The watch has not arrived nore is is mentioned on the delivery note which came with the phone.

Are the watches being delivered separately?
