Ordered the s22 white ultra 128gb on the 26th of april, no answers, no phone? What do I do?

I would contact customer services if I was you because 28 days sounds like a long time to wait to me.

This model is currently showing 'Usually dispatched within 21 days' on the EE Shop. 

 

Our delivery partner DPD will contact you by text by 8pm the day before delivery to let you know to expect your order the following day.

 

I would suggest giving us a call on 150 and the team can give you an update on your order.

That's great, 21 days, were now on day 28, so what now?

Have you tried downloading the DPD app and using email address you use for updates to see if they have any deliveries scheduled? 

 

If not, please call us on 150 and the team will check the order for you.
