Hi I am suppose to be getting the delivery of my new phone today however I have not been sent a tracking number or a order number (only have the account number on the confirmation email) for me to track this. I paid for next day delivery. Can anyone assist with this?

You'll receive a text and email from DPD when your delivery is due with a time slot.
There is no customer account access on these forums. You will need to speak to EE CS on 150 about your tracking number.

Which model phone, including size and colour did you order?
Have you downloaded the DPD app and entered the email/mobile number you used for updates, to see if they have any deliveries scheduled?
