I ordered a pair of headphones on the 17th, the case was faulty so I arranged a return on the 22nd received an email saying a courier (DHL) would be in touch in the next few days to pick up the item, the following day whilst at work received a txt message we'll pick it up today at 5:30 (would of thought they would of sent an email at least the previous day saying we're collecting tomorrow) when the guy showed up he asked if I had printed the return label (label was never available to download and print) he had one in his hand and then asked me if this was the return address!? I know DHL are bad but Jesus! He then scanned it and off he went. Now I work for Royal Mail and I would of thought it was similar once scanned I would of received an email from either EE or DHL saying item has been picked up, I've literally had no correspondence from either company with updates for a week, surely this isn't standard procedure?!?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @Bailey83
Welcome to the community. Thanks for ordering, I'm sorry to hear there was a fault with your headphone case.
Please log into your EE Account and head to 'view orders'. There may be an update on the return there.
If not, I recommend speaking with our customer support team so they can look into it for you.

Still stuck on the same update, and going round in round talking to bots!
