Return of part ex handset. No package received as yet, 2 weeks in?

Upgraded a handset 2 weeks ago online and there was an offer of trading your old handset in. ‘We’ll send you a package was the line!’ When? I wonder and to where would you chase this up?

I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team to make sure the package has been sent.
