Return my new phone for a different one

Hello I opened a new contract last Friday 1st September. I got a Song phone new but I don't like it . Will EE allow me to change it ? Many thanks Dale

@3104dale    If this was a online or phone sale you have a 14 day cooling off period.   You need to call customer services and inform them you don’t want the device.    If this was a store sale then there is no cooling off period and you can not return the device because you’ve changed your mind about it.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
