Refund from cancellation

Can anyone tell me when I should expect a refund from a cancelled order?

It seems EE have taken money from my account for a mobile phone contract which was going to be started after I cancelled the order. I would have expected that this would have been voided straight away but this has yet to happen.

I have been with EE for the past several months with no issues to which I use their broadband service so wasn't expecting ang hassle but it seems they have chosen not to refund this money to me.

@kevneill75   It takes anywhere from 5-10 working days to be refunded. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
