No. The iPhone 14 plus was being pushed on my a good few times - being told it’s the same as the pro max - which it is not I have done my research and repeatedly told the man I am not interested. The bill is astronomical - over £100 a month so for that cost I would like to stick with the pro model - hence asking for the iPhone 13 Pro Max… again this is currently still AVAILABLE and in stock for customers to purchase despite the fact it is NOT actually available anymore and NOT in stock at all. In fact I was informed by ee that if I was to purchase the iPhone 13 Pro Max on the website it would take my payment and let me go through the whole process but I would then get a text asking me to call where I would be informed this wouldn’t go through. Really not on is it to be honest.
The stock issue is unavoidable and completely understandable - however the consistent lies and fake promises - including advertising a phone that is in fact not being sold by you anymore is misleading and not a good look for a company boasting how great they are. As I’ve said the iPhone 13 Pro Max is available from 02 and I will be changing to them at the first chance we get - we have been loyal customers of ee for years and years and all this just isn’t good enough.
