Hi there, I ordered an upgrade online yesterday, made a payment which has left my bank, but I've received no further emails or details from EE. I'm concerned something has gone wrong.

Exact situation I am in too. EE are pretty good when it comes to keeping you updated with tracking but now I'm worried something has gone wrong?

As you received confirmation I would expect you should hear something today regarding delivery. The phone is in stock and states to expect despatch within one day.
If you don't hear anything by the end of today please come back and let us know.
