iPhone 17 Pro Max waiting for delivery time?

I ordered mine on the 8th December, still nothing..its a joke! James from hull thebguideni spoke to told me i would have it last  thursday after ringing customer service on wednesday..thibk he just wanted me off the phone to be honest..just some person swinging on a chair in a call centre..worst customer service ive ever had..no update along the way either...nothing
