I'm having the exact same problem. Got a new sim-only contract on the 31st of August, still haven't received anything, even though online it says it should've taken 48 hours... order number also doesn't work and says it has timed out again and again.

Thanks for posting. 

SIM Orders can take 2-5 working days to arrive by Royal Mail. The SIM will be posted and have no tracking details for the online order tracker. 

To check the SIM has been dispatched, please give us a call on 0800 956 6000 and the team will get the order looked into.
