I have recieved a message from EE after putting an upgrade order in yesterday
when clicking the link nothing happens. I’ve also tried to track my order but it just keeps coming up that my session has times out after I have tried numerous times.

To get the upgrade order looked into and check why you have had this message, please get in touch by calling us on either 150 from an EE phone or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone and the team will be happy to help.
