Ordered a Phone Contract, upfront payment got taken, no email confirmation.

I have just ordered a new phone 

paid the £30 upfront cost then the page turned to 404 page not found!!!

can’t find anything on my account to say I have a phone being delivered no emails just taken my money and no details have been given to me!

Welcome to the community.

If the page gave you the error, it may not have out the order through.

The best thing I can suggest would be to give our customer service guides a call, and they can see if they can locate the order to check if it was successful.

If it wasn't, they'll be able to help to put it through.
