DPD tried to deliver my order yesterday, but I had no tracking email or text and according to the DPD app I have no parcels pending - they wouldn’t leave the device yesterday but I still have no pin to give them and I’m concerned that the same will happen again

Hi,
it was an upgrade on an iPad and i have checked both my phone and the existing ipad and nothing has arrived since the automated from 150 confirming upgrade
