New phone don’t like I want to send back

I’ve had the new iPhone 15 pro I’m not happy how small it is I can’t see the screen very well it’s contract I did on the phone I’ve only had it one day I want to send back and get the bigger iPhone 15 pro max so I can see the screen better 

can I do that please as I didn’t realise how small it is as no good to me. I don’t want to cancel my contract I want to keep it but get a bigger phone

I’ve got 14  max and I asked for the same size and the small one was sent

No I can give that ago then see if not I’ll have to see if there anything you can do for me

Try that my old phone still not working I can’t call I need help with this not happy that my iPhone not working and I’ve just turned the 15 on to call off that it say it’s not working as well

There's nothing to be "put back" beyond putting your working SIM in your chosen phone.

If one phone isn't working as you'd expect, that would suggest an issue with that device.
