I was not given a return bag

I have been waiting three weeks for my bag to send the trade in phone. The help online people told me to keep waiting when I questioned it a week ago.

The returns bag for a trade-in should be recieved within 7 working days of your order, unless the new device you ordered was on back order in which case the bag is delayed till you receive the new device. 

I would recommend contacting Likewize, our trade-in partner, on 02087323798 and they should be able to arrange a new bag if your original one has not come.
