@Suzanne331 If that was a phone or online sale you have 14 days from receiving it to call customer services to tell them you don’t want it, if it was a store sale you do not have the right to return because of a change of mind.

Then I am sorry you are unable to return the device and must continue with the payments each month. There is no returns within the store unless you have serious network issues and this will be exploered before they accept the return.
Just changing your mind is not an acceptable reason to return the device in a store.
