Hi,
I am an EE constumer and today I ordered a new ps5 controller but it is being sent to an old address so i would like to cancel the order or amend the delivery address. Please advise.

Either option does not allow me to amend the delivery address. Please can you provide more help here?

I have been on hold for 45 mins, i do no see an online chat option on the contact us page. please can you provide a link for actual online chat? as it is a simple fix
