Please check your spam/junk folder for email confirming your order has been processed.
If you are unable to find any email, give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through correctly.
Or they can re-process the order or discuss what additional information we need from you to manually process it for you, If the order didn't complete.
Alternatively, the team will be able to cancel the order, and set a cancellation request for your contract, if you'd still like to go ahead with this.
