Hi
i have just done a sim only upgrade. I have EE perks. I had a code to get 20% off my upgrade . It told me to put in at checkout. When to check out no where to put code in. Order them went through. So not been able to get 20% off. How can I get my 20% off my upgrade. Do I have to cancel the upgrade or can the 20% can be take off my account .

If the plan is already on a Promotion or Time Limited Offer (such as the 50GB for £18 Autumn Offer, 150GB for £21, Unlimited Essentials for £23 or Unlimited All Rounder for £31) you would unfortunately not be able to use any additional discounts.
I will attach the currently showing upgrade plans which are discount eligible below.
You may find it better to go with one of the Autumn offers without a discount than applying your 20% off to these.

I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble applying your discount at checkout.
Your discount can be added where it says “Got a gift voucher?”. The discount will only be applied if you use the code supplied and you sign up via ee.co.uk.
I'd recommend reaching out to our team, so they can check this further and help get this sorted. They'll be best placed to advise on what options are available based on your current order.

Hi Debbie,
I tried to put the code in where it says voucher and didn’t except it. So went to checkout part thinking I could put the code in then. The order went through and was too late to stop it. So I am paying 18.00. I could be paying 14.30 instead if I was able to put code in. Not sure why it would except it.
who do I need to contact to sort it out.

I'm really sorry the discount code didn’t go through when you tried to enter it.
You can reach our team by calling 150 from your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any other phone. They'll be able to look into this further.
