Cancelling an Order

I upgraded to the 17 PM online at the beginning of October, I’m sure it originally didn’t say “over 28 days” for the dispatch time. I paid £100 upfront to make the monthly payments cheaper but now my current sim only monthly payments are coming out of the £100 sat on my account. 
Is there a way to cancel the upgrade and remain on my sim only plan as I needed a phone sooner than what it’s taking for the 17 to even have any sort of update beyond “ordered” on the tracker let alone be dispatched/delivered.

@Isabel242  I think you’ll find it did say that. As more and more are ordering the knock on effect is having a longer waiting time.  Especially if you order today.   Yes you can cancel you’ll need to call customer support to do this. You’ll remain on the sim only tariff.

What colour and memory size did you order? I would love to check the guidance for when you placed your order.
